Deepa heads Marketing at Inflexor. She is a senior marketing and communications leader with over a decade of experience shaping brand, marketing, and communication strategies for global technology and investment firms. At Inflexor, she helps craft and amplify the firm’s narrative-highlighting our founders, showcasing deep-tech innovation from India, and strengthening Inflexor's presence across digital, media, and ecosystem channels. She plays a key role in shaping how Inflexor and its portfolio companies show up to the world, ensuring clarity of message, brand consistency, and high-quality external engagement.

Before joining Inflexor, Deepa led marketing efforts for India at Bessemer Venture Partners, helped launch the CXXO initiative at Kalaari, and consulted with General Catalyst for their leadership visit. Prior to entering the VC ecosystem, she headed marketing and communications functions at LinkedIn and IBM. She joined LinkedIn India as its 6th employee and was part of the company’s journey from a startup, to its IPO in 2011, and later its acquisition by Microsoft in 2016. During her tenure, she managed communications for India, Dubai, Korea, Hong Kong, as well as consumer PR for APAC.
