Namratha joined Inflexor as an Investor Relations Associate. A relationship-builder at heart, she’s focused on strengthening Inflexor’s connect with its investor community.

Before joining Inflexor, Namratha built and scaled strategic partnerships and global alliances across B2B services and workforce solutions. She has also worked across fintech and real estate, with exposure to sales, operations, and project delivery.

She holds a Master’s in Management from Queen Mary University of London and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Management from PES University, Bangalore.

Outside of work, you will find her travelling, swimming, or singing.
