Sandeep is the head of strategic development at Inflexor Ventures. He handles key responsibilities including growth and exits, investor relations and is a key member of our portfolio scale-up team.

Sandeep is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience across technology, corporate development, investment banking, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has advised corporates in multiple deals across M&A, private placement, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Inflexor, Sandeep was the Head of Corporate Finance at Jupiter Capital, where he led portfolio management, fundraising and strategy for portfolio companies to drive value creation and sustainable growth. In addition to managing corporate develepment at Ola, he also led investor relations for Ola Cabs. Prior to that he spent 7 years as an Investment Banker at JM Financial executing deals across technology, telecom, and industrial sectors. Earlier in his career, Sandeep worked in Technology at HSBC and Derivatives Trading.

Sandeep holds an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Madras. Beyond his professional achievements, Sandeep is an enthusiast of stock markets, sports, puzzles, and poker. In his spare time, he teaches Quant and DI to aspiring CAT and GMAT aspirants.
