Simran is an ESG and sustainability specialist with over 20 years of experience across international development, consulting and private capital.

She began her career with the United Nations, serving as an Economist with UNDP Ghana and later as Assistant Country Director and Head of the Poverty Team at UNDP Cambodia. She subsequently became a key lead within KPMG India’s Development Sector Practice before moving into private capital.

Over the past decade, Simran has worked with IDFC Alternatives, Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and BlackRock, integrating ESG across the investment lifecycle, including advising on ESG for BlackRock’s Emerging Markets Fund on infrastructure investments in India.

She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and has completed executive programmes at Columbia University, New York. At Inflexor Ventures, she serves as Senior ESG Advisor, supporting ESG integration across investments and portfolio companies.
