Srikanth Tirumala is an advisor to Inflexor Ventures, an engineer and a serial entrepreneur. Currently, Srikanth leads Torch Light Consulting LLC in Georgia, helping growth-stage startups unlock their true value through his innovative 321 delivery model. He collaborates closely with venture capitalists and investment firms.

Srikanth attended his undergraduate program in Hyderabad in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Srikanth moved to the US to attend graduate program in computer engineering specialising in VLSI. Srikanth moved to silicon valley in early 90s to work in then leading silicon companies such as zilog, cirrus logic, Intel in networking and security ASICs before starting his own startup in PC peripheral and Network acceleration ASICs. He was cofounder of Platys and Apere that got acquired by Adaptec and Citrix Systems. Srikanth in his last venture founded Hooper Labs an hyper automation platform to accelerate enterprise business solutions. Hooper and its technology is currently being managed and delivered by Kellton Tech.

Srikanth resides in Atlanta, GA and collaborates and advises tech startups, helping them  realise their growth and potential.
