Minal joined the Inflexor Team in 2024 as the Head - Finance and Compliance, where she is primarily responsible for fund administration and compliance, portfolio management, LP management and reporting.

With over 16 years of work experience, predominantly in the Private Equity/Venture Capital sector, Minal brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She began her career in this field at Tranzmute Capital, a Mumbai-based fund and advisory firm, where she provided strategic, management, and operations support to high-potential, growth businesses. Following her tenure at Tranzmute, Minal spent considerable time at Sabre Partners, another Mumbai-based private equity fund, working with its CFO to fulfil financial reporting, fund administration, and compliance requirements. Prior to joining Inflexor, Minal spent over half a decade at the Bangalore office of Elevar Equity, a notable impact-focused venture capital firm, as its Vice President - Finance and Compliance, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing fund operations and compliances.

Minal is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Financial Risk Manager and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R.A. Podar College, Mumbai. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and designing travel itineraries for friends and family.
