Nirpam is the Compliance Officer for the GIFT City IFSC operations for Inflexor Ventures. With expertise in portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and fund operations, he plays a key role in ensuring strong governance and regulatory adherence across the firm’s fund structures.

Prior to joining Inflexor, Nirpam handled end-to-end finance and compliance at Kae Capital and was part of the Head Office reporting team at DBS Bank. His experience spans end-to-end SEBI AIF and PMS compliances, fund accounting, portfolio management, capital raising support, and operations, along with extensive exposure to regulatory reporting, audits, and process standardisation.

Nirpam is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and brings a strong blend of technical depth and execution rigor to the venture capital ecosystem.

Outside of work, he likes travelling, teaching, and enjoys reading and community involvement.
