Pratip is a Partner at Inflexor.

An engineer by training with early stints at Wärtsilä and Infosys, Pratip immersed himself in the alternate asset investment game in the early 2000s, starting off at SBI Capital Markets, before moving to an alternate asset management firm Babcock and Brown.

Subsequently, he had a decade long stint at IDFC Alternatives across growth stage and buy-out investments. During his stint at IDFC Alternatives, he served as its representative on the Investment Committee of Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund. After a brief stint at Global Infrastructure Partners(GIP), Pratip joined Jatin and Venkat at the launch of Inflexor Ventures in 2019.

Pratip is engineering graduate from SPCE, Mumbai, holds an MBA from NITIE and PG in Securities Law from Government Law College (GLC).
